On the day, I will set up 30 minutes before your guests arrive. As they arrive, I will roam the event to take their photos, or your guests can visit me at my station. I use these photos throughout the event to paint your guests.

All I require is a large table and chair. Most of the time, your venue will be able to set this up for you. I will supply all of the materials needed to create the illustrations.

I can paint up to 20 guests per hour! So each portrait takes approximately 5 minutes, meaning I can paint most (if not all) of your guests on the day.
The maximum amount of guests I can paint is 160 guests in my 8 hour package. If you require any extra portraits, we can organise a studio session to paint any remaining guests.

Absolutely! I have travelled across Australia and Europe or all kinds of events.
I can travel up to 1.5 hours from the Adelaide CBD, and within 1.5 hours of interstate airports. My diary does tend to fill 12-18 months in advance, so travel is dependent on my availability.
For all interstate and international bookings, I offer only the Heirloom package at $5100 + travel. Please reach out for a personalised travel quote.

My diary often fills 12-18 months in advance, especially for popular months such as March and October.
If you are able, book as early as you can to avoid disappointment. My diary will be open up to 2 years in advance.

Unfortunately, I am a one woman team at CB Illustration, so I can usually only paint for 1 event per day. However, please still reach out in case you have your event earlier/later in the day and we can work something out.
Alternatively, I can offer off-site illustrations in the same style as my live illustration. You can send through images of your guests and I can send the illustrations out to you. Get in contact for a quote for this.
I can also offer a watercolour painting after the event has passed if you are looking for a special keepsake to remember the day by. Examples of these are found on my custom portraits page.
